Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro

Overview

I installed these a year ago and they’ve been on every night from 6pm to 5am. After 10pm, Home Assistant dims them to 10% so our rural neighbors aren’t blasted.

Performance

They’re bright, colorful, and the holiday presets look awesome. Animations are smooth and scheduling is reliable.

Price

Not cheap, but the look is clean and permanent. For the whole-house effect, I feel it’s worth it.

Build Quality

Weatherproof housings withstood heat, rain, and wind. No yellowing or failed nodes so far.

My Recommendation

If you want a “done once, looks pro” install with solid Home Assistant control, these are an easy yes.
