Govee Outdoor Wall Lights

Overview

These look like little “ice creams” on the wall—in a good way. They come on at sunset via Home Assistant, switch to holiday colors as it gets dark, then return to warm 3000K at 10pm and dim to ~10%.

Performance

Plenty of output for the deck/drive without blinding when dimmed. Scenes swap smoothly with automations.

Price

Priced a bit above basic sconces, but the effects and control make it worthwhile.

Build Quality

Solid housings and weather sealing. No issues in rain and hail so far.

My Recommendation

We love them. If I could change anything, I’d pick a model with more down-only beam control to reduce direct glare.
